A World Class Front Yard

Others may claim it, though few can back it up. We do. Three Twenty at The Cascade overlooks multiple works of notable public art and architecture by designers of international stature. The very best that South Bend has to offer, all viewed from your easy chair.

With Something Always Going On

Along with the constant spectacle of sparkling water flowing beneath an ever-changing sky, there's almost always something happening along the riverfront at The Cascade. First Responders from across the nation and around the world are regularly seen literally outside your living room window, training to hone their lifesaving skills on this rare stretch of urban whitewater. Across the way Century Center and Island Park host frequent public and private outdoor events including live musical performances. Pyrotechnic displays synced with the River Lights below are another visual treat, while even more fireworks shows can be seen throughout the Summer in the sky above nearby Four Winds Field.

There are more things to do and places to go downtown than car-dependent suburbanites can imagine!
