Our building's relatively small size precluded having a dedicated freight elevator, and there are constraints to what fits into the passenger elevator. Before buying that extra-large piece of furniture or appliance, verify that it will fit into the cab! Print-out these handy scaled 8-1/2" x 11" elevator cab charts and draw the size of your item as a quick check. Each small square represents 1-inch and each shaded square represents 12-inches.
Consider if your item will fit square to the elevator (yellow grid) or on a diagonal (green grid), and don't forget it must fit through the elevator door! If clearance appears to be tight, err on the side of caution as these charts are provided as a convenience but do not guarantee that a maximum-sized item can be maneuvered in and out. Also consider if legs or other components can be removed or disassembled to break-down an item's dimensions. The elevator ceiling cannot readily be removed for head clearance.
Always remember to contact the property manager at least 24 hrs. in advance of any scheduled delivery so elevator pads and floor mats can be installed to prevent damage to building finishes. This is a mandatory resident responsibility. (Note that pads and handrails intrude into the cab space).
If you can't receive a video call from the front entry panel, ButterflyMX makes calls to your telephone originating from five numbers:
(646) 679-4745 | (516) 323-7025 | (516) 323-7026 | (516) 323-7027 | (929) 552-5509
The ButterflyMX call will go to the phone number you used to register for ButterflyMX (this can be changed at any time within the mobile app).
Enter these numbers in your contacts as "ButterflyMX Message" to avoid such calls going to spam.

Each floor has access to the trash chute at the East end of the hall. Open the door to the chute and place your secured trash bag into the chute. Only secured trash bags should be placed in the chute. Cardboard, loose trash, and other items should be disposed of by taking down to the main-level trash room, and not placed inside the chute. They can clog or cause issues if done so.
Until further notice the Club Room is used on a "first-com, first-served" basis and may be used by residents for up to one hour at a time. We have no means for booking the room yet, though that may change. The purpose of the room is for resident meetings, private conferences, group activities or just to get away from it all. If you are in the room and a delivery driver needs package access, please be courteous and let them in. If you are picking-up a package and the room is occupied, please be courteous and come back another time unless invited in. If you bring any food or drink into the Club Room, it is your responsibility to clean-up after yourself and remove all trash. If a spill occurs CONTACT THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AT ONCE so that upholstery and carpeting can be properly cleaned before stains set-in. The resident using the space at the time will be responsible for any damage.
At the northwest corner of the garage there is an angled space at the end of the aisle where one way wash their car, rinse out an empty container, or similar tasks with a hose. There is an "expandable" hose in a container and a water spigot on the north side of the boiler room by the garage entry. You may park your car over the floor drain at the end of the aisle to wash your car or other items. Please take care not to splash on other vehicles, or to rub the hose against other vehicles. If a resident parked nearby comes down for their vehicle, please BE COURTEOUS and temporarily move your vehicle out of the way without them having to ask. When your are finished cleaning your vehicle or items, remove all trash or debris to a proper waste container and thoroughly hose-down mud, slush, etc. into the drain leaving the slab clean. NEVER dump items such as trash, toxic chemicals, petroleum products, cat litter or the like into the floor drains as that can clog the the drainage system and cause costly repairs.
There may be times when another vehicle is descending the ramp and to enter the garage as you are exiting, or vice versa. Generally, the driver at the lowest, narrowest point of the outside ramp should be given the right-of-way. if you have started up the ramp and another driver is coming down, the exiting driver should carefully back-up or pull over at the intersection of the "T" to make room. If you are inside garage as the door is opening and another driver is already coming in, then yield, carefully back-up in the garage and pull-over as much as possible to let the entering car pass by you.
